The Mettle Method is an experiential learning program designed to address the relational dynamics of care. It is appropriate for lay caregivers, patients, anyone who loves them, and professional clinicians alike. The topics we’ll cover include rolling with change, aesthetics, perspective, making difficult decisions, grief, empathic distress and burnout, challenges to a sense of self/identity/roles, navigating healthcare, the nature of intimacy, and changes to relationships.

Logistics: This in-person cohort of the Mettle Method program is a full 2-day immersion of discussion, breakout groups and exercises. This cohort is capped at 14 attendees.
